Physical Products:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

• To initiate a return, email support@wayculturalconserve.com with your order number and supporting images.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made architectural pieces

• Event tickets or digital downloads

• Gift cards and limited-edition merchandise

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• Refunds are not applicable for items returned late or in used condition.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
